Kids Grappling Clinic – 8/8/09

Please join members and coaches from Carroll County Kenpo’s MMA Fight Team, The Damage Co., for a fun day of learning take downs, control position, and submissions.

There will be two 45 minute clinics starting at 11am and running to 12:30.

After the clinics, there will be an age/weight take down tournament where participants will have a chance to win 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place medals and all participants will receive a participation medal.
